The Transgender Oral History Project was the first community-driven effort to collect and share a diverse range of stories from within the transgender and gender-expansive communities in the US.

From 2007-2020, TOHP documented trans experiences, taught media production skills, created multimedia exhibitions, led intergenerational public programming, and improved trans visibility in LGBTQ+ archives.
